The days here in Tuscany, among the cypress dotted hills and ancient cities have been breathtaking! Last night I tried Bisteca alla Fiorentina, after exploring the Renaissance treasures of Florence. Today I tried silky pappardelle pasta that reminds me of the beautiful rolling hills of the iconic Val d’Orcia. Of course I had to enjoyed the local Chianti too!
